For over five decades, S.K. Monga & Associates has stood for one idea: that tax counsel and non-profit advisory should feel like a relationship, not a transaction.
Since 1971
A regional firm with a pan-India non-profit practice
Since 1971, our firm has provided direct and indirect tax legal counsel, appellate representation and non-profit management to clients across Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi NCR — and, through our non-profit practice, to trusts, societies and Section 8 companies across India. What began as a single tax consultancy in Haridwar has grown into a specialist litigation and compliance practice, without ever losing the personal attention that earned its first clients.
Our tax practice centres on income tax appeals before the Commissioner (Appeals) and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, TDS compliance and default resolution, and representation in GST assessments and disputes. Our non-profit practice manages the full lifecycle of an organisation — formation, 12A/80G and FCRA registration, ongoing accounting, and statutory reporting — giving trustees and founders one accountable partner wherever in India they operate.
Two centrally located offices, in Haridwar and Meerut, along with an active Delhi NCR practice, keep us close to the clients we serve regionally. We believe long-standing relationships are earned, not assumed — and we go about earning them daily.

Our Founder
Shri S.K. Monga
06 February 1946 – 08 August 2020
S.K. Monga built this firm from a modest beginning into a trusted name in income tax consultancy, driven by an unwavering belief that client relationships come before everything else. He trained and mentored many young professionals who now lead practices of their own, and he made sure his knowledge, and his values, were carried forward.
His son, Advocate Dhruv Monga, continues that legacy today, keeping client relationships at the centre of the firm's identity — visible in associations with clients that now span multiple decades.
